  • Pulverizer Feed The Beast Wiki

The Pulverizer is a machine added by Thermal Expansion. Its main use is to turn Ores into their respective Dusts, at a 1:2 ratio. The Dusts can then be smelted in any type of Furnace (such as the Induction Smelter or Electric Furnace) to produce Ingots. Its recipes also sometimes yield a by-product, thus giving the Pulverizer a slight advantage over the Macerator, as well as a cheaper recipe

The Pulverizer works in much the same way as a Macerator from Industrial Craft 2, but it uses Minecraft Joules instead of EU to pulverize things into a powder. It will also work noticeably faster than the Macerator, but slower than a Rotary Macerator. It will turn one block of ore into two pulverized ore. They can then be smelted into ingots, effectively doubling your mining profit.

  • Pulverizer How to power it? : feedthebeast

In all 1.6 modpacks, all thermal expansion machines can be powered by RF power. RF can be generated from thermal expansion dynamos which each produce a varying amount of power depending on how hard the fuels are to collect.

Jul 29, 2019· Compression Dynamos use a liquid fuel and a liquid coolant. Reactant Dynamos use a liquid reactant such as mob essence, sludge, etc. and a solid reactant such as gunpowder, sugar, etc. Dynamos are also intelligent in that as power ceases to be needed and their internal power buffer fills they will slowly power down to a minimum of 4 RF/t or

  • Question: Thermal Expansion Pulverizer : feedthebeast

Cinnabar is another one I stockpile using redstone ore in induction smelter. The 'pyrolytic converter' can quadruple the ores later down the line when you secure pyrotheum production. The pulverizer is useful pre-quarry phase because you can get a variety of extra ores.

  • Pulverizer vs. Macerator Feed the Beast

Jul 29, 2019· If you don't care about speed then the pulverizer is fine.. Painfully slow when you have thousands of ores to proccess.. But its fine. At that point.. Cost does not matter really. Pulverizer uses buildcraft energy which about 90% of the other mods support and use well. Macerator has EU which is another type of energy source.

Jul 29, 2019· Priority 1 for me has always been a dynamo, pulverizer, redstone furnace. Use coal until you can make a planter/harvester combo then stop using coal and use charcoal instead. It's an easy set up, and once you get it going, your one dynamo can work the planter/harvester as well as your pulverizer and furnace until you get a better set up.
